According to current recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), financial institutions are making temporary modifications to their services. These changes are to protect the health and safety of your employees and customers.

The following financial institutions and banks in Clarksville have announced changes. This does not mean the complete list, as some institutions may not have changes at this time.

Other Federal Credit Union
Altra Federal Credit Union has suspended all services in the branch lobbies. All Altra and Altra Financial Advisors events scheduled for March and April have been canceled.
Starting Thursday, March 19, until further notice, the credit union will only conduct essential business in person through access lanes at branches that have access lanes. At these branches we will also accept deposits, loan payments and documents at the night deposit boxes.

Banco F&M
Starting Friday, March 20, F&M Bank will redirect lobby traffic at all locations. Customers will be able to access the unit through the facilities. Drive-through access will remain open during normal business hours. In addition, appointments for in-branch visits can be requested through myfmbank.com or by calling 931-245-4274.

Fortera Credit Union
Beginning Saturday, March 21, Fortera Credit Union will close the lobbies of the branches at its Clarksville and Hopkinsville locations.
“At Fortera, we strive to serve as a trusted financial partner and will treat you as our friend. As we face these challenging times together, we believe responsible action is our greatest defense against the spread of COVID-19. Doing our part to flatten the curve, we have determined that it is in the best interest of our members and employees to shut down our lobbyists at this time," said Tom Kane, President and CEO of Fortera.

With these measures, members will still be able to complete all full-service banking transactions through all Fortera units via lanes, Contact Center and remote banking options. The tour of the lane closest to each building will be dedicated to business and loan transactions. Fortera's remote banking options are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week through the convenience of a computer or mobile device.

For more information, visit the Fortera website at www.forteracu.com or call 931.431.6800.
Legends Bank Starting Thursday, March 19, Legends Bank offices will move only to drive-thru services.
