Project led by PTI Biobío Creativo, with the support of Corfo Biobío, developed a complete directory of companies in the Architecture and Design sector and a digital distribution platform for the Music and Audiovisual area, bringing together about 90 companies in the region.
The creative industry of the Biobío region has as of today a new visualization platform, thanks to the work of the Biobío Creativo Integrated Territorial Program (PTI), which, with the support of the Corfo Biobío Productive Development Committee, managed to develop a complete portfolio and digital distribution platform for the exhibition of the companies in the region benefiting from this program.
There are a total of 84 companies, divided into 12 in Architecture (studios and workshops), 17 in the Audiovisual sector (agencies, animation and production companies), 34 in the Design area (graphics, interior, products and clothing) and 21 in the Music sector (local, organizations and record labels).
For the regional director of Corfo Biobío, Macarena Vera “This portfolio confirms the work carried out by Corfo Biobío through the Integrated Territorial Program of Creative Industries, promoting the productive sector in the regional territory. In addition, it is a tool that will allow, not only to make the work of SMEs related to the area of architecture, design, audiovisual and music available to citizens, but also to act as a lever for these undertakings, to promote Creative Industries from Biobío, for Chile and the world ”.
For the manager of the PTI Biobío Creativo, Jimena Alarcón, this unpublished work in the region seeks to promote the creative talent of Biobío in Chile and the world. “For the first time, users will be able to find contact information and a varied sample of the work carried out by each of the companies that comprise them on a site. A platform called Directory that brings together about 90 companies, providing their contact details and activity framework ”.
The directory is available at www.biobiocreative.cl, and the specific platforms for the sectors are self-administered, so that each entrepreneur can update their content.
