Tennessee was out of the top 10, which does not mean it is not a good place to invest. The state offers good opportunities for entrepreneurship. In the list of the best cities, Nashville was the one with the best position, with a score of 47.47.

Nashville's business environment has drawn attention for the past few years. New businesses find here an opportunity to grow and remain over time.

This city is followed by Chattanooga, ranked 85 with a score of 43.57. Among the main advantages of the city are access to financing and low costs to start a business.
