What to study to be a real estate agent?

The skills provided by this degree include people management, business ethics, conflict resolution, among others. As an agent, this will help you better handle negotiations and achieve a meeting point between the seller and the buyer.

Business Administration

As a business administrator you will learn about finance, marketing, accounting, time management, resource management. And above all, you will acquire leadership skills.

The business administration degree includes areas that will be of great use to you in dealing with owners and buyers. You will be able to communicate better with both of them and increase your negotiation skills.

Finance

Buying and selling a home involves significant financial transactions. You must be aware that you will be working in this area constantly, so educating yourself in the area will ease your path as a real estate agent.
